Warranty Terms
Pacific North West Manufacturing (“PNW”) provides warranty coverage only for fabricated components manufactured by PNW and assembly workmanship performed by PNW.
All third-party or purchased components — including but not limited to motors, gearboxes, valves, dust collectors, sensors, electrical components, and vibrators — are covered solely under the original manufacturer’s warranty. PNW does not provide additional warranties, express or implied, on third-party components.
PNW Fabrication Warranty
PNW warrants its fabricated components against defects in material and workmanship for a limited period from the date of delivery. Warranty coverage applies only under proper installation, operation, and maintenance conditions.
This warranty does not cover:
Improper installation
Misuse or abuse
Unauthorized modifications
Operation outside intended design parameters
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by third-party handling or maintenance
All equipment must be installed and maintained by qualified personnel in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and accepted industry practices.
Third-Party Components
Third-party components supplied with PNW equipment remain subject to the OEM manufacturer’s warranty terms, limitations, and coverage periods.
Where possible, PNW may assist customers with warranty coordination; however:
Freight and shipping costs may remain the customer’s responsibility
Labor associated with removal or reinstallation is not covered
PNW is not responsible for OEM claim outcomes, delays, or denials
Limitation of Liability
PNW’s liability is limited strictly to the repair or replacement of defective fabricated components supplied by PNW.
Under no circumstances shall PNW be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of production or revenue
Project delays
Downtime costs
Labor costs associated with troubleshooting or reinstallation
Acceptance
Use of supplied equipment constitutes acceptance of these warranty terms.
